If you are an attorney, claims agent, or veteran who wants me to review records, here are two secure methods to send me the records.

Option #1: Upload via a Secure Form

Upload your records via a secure, HIPAA-compliant form: Click here to open the secure form.

The size limit for that upload form is 25MB (25 megabytes). 

What if my file is too big?

If your files are too large (over 25MB), you can compress (zip) the file:

• Zip and unzip files (Windows)
  
  
• Zip and unzip files and folders on Mac (MacOS)
  
  
• Use free file compression software like 7-Zip

Option #2: Priority Mail & Certified Mail

Mail me:

• paper copies of your documents.
• a copy of the CD with your documents that VA gave you (save your original).
• transfer the documents from the CD to a USB drive. 

Mail paper copies, a CD, or a USB drive via Priority Mail or Certified Mail (or both).
